Refund and Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
However, in the rare occurrence that you receive an incorrect product that is not what you ordered, and it is still in its original packaging, sealed, and unused, you may be eligible for a resolution. In such cases:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be required to mail the incorrect product back to us.
Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will either send you the correct item you originally ordered or issue store credit equal to the amount paid.
Please note that this applies only to incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, used/opened products, or personal care tools due to hygiene concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or expired, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Our support team may request images or videos for verification. Once your claim is validated, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Beauty tools such as brushes or sponges once opened
Free gifts, promotional items, or samples
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases involving incorrect item delivery. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return of your item.
